11″ x 14″ illustration – copic marker and colored pencil
Continuing to experiment with the copic markers. I enjoy how I can take them as a base, fill quickly a large area, and then color blend over top with nice pencils. I used yellow on this American Robin’s chest and then filled over top with burnt tones and glowing oranges. It seems layering light to dark here is the way to go.
